Case Study Of Igniting Action

Client: Quantum Sensing and Navigation Company

Challenge

Company had a prototype quantum inertial navigation system (INS) for GPS-denied environments but needed to transition from prototype to deployable product for maritime and aerospace customers.

BridgePoint Labs Approach

  • Developed a Government Proposal Strategy, leading the technical writing and compliance for a DARPA BAA (Broad Agency Announcement) submission.
  • Created Operational Blueprints for system manufacturing, testing, and cybersecurity certification (CMMC compliance).
  • Delivered Engineering Education & Training programs, including software simulation workshops and conference presentations to increase customer adoption.
  • Facilitated Pilot Demonstrations with two naval research facilities.

Results:

  • Awarded $12M DARPA contract to scale production and deploy in field trials.
  • Trained over 40 engineers and operators in the new system’s software and maintenance.
  • Reduced time-to-market by 14 months through early regulatory engagement and stakeholder buy-in.
