About the Role:
We want to be completely upfront: this is a 4-month, apprenticeship designed for passionate builders. It is an opportunity to get hands-on experience building enterprise architecture at a government-backed deep-tech firm (MOITT, Ignite, NICH).
At DecentraSec, we are actively deploying
ScholarMark
, a Zero-Trust pre-submission enterprise platform, into major universities. We engineer AI-driven integrity layers and blockchain-anchored data vaults. We are looking for an ambitious developer to work directly under our CTO, learning how to build, scale, and deploy a B2B SaaS platform in the real world.
What You Will Do:
• Work directly within our Next.js / React stack.
• Leverage AI coding agents (Cursor, Claude) to accelerate frontend deployment and API integrations.
• Assist our CTO in scaling the ScholarMark UI and dashboard for active institutional pilots.
• Push production code that will be actively used by Academia & researchers.
What We Are Looking For:
• You already have a solid foundation in Next.js and React (we are here to help you master enterprise architecture, not teach the basics).
• You natively use AI tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude) to code faster and smarter.
• You are based in Rawalpindi/Islamabad (this is a remote role, but we prefer local talent for strategic alignment and potential meetups).
